The program goes beyond traditional safety metrics, evaluating each company’s overall safety culture, including leadership commitment, active employee participation, training programs, hazard identification, and innovation in risk control. Finalists are selected through a rigorous national review process and invited to present their safety programs in person before a panel of industry experts at the AGC Annual Convention.
